日本松下电机

电机为两面翻的动力之源，而两面翻LED显示屏每天需要长达十几个小时的运转，因此，对电机质量要求非常高。金达诺两面翻LED显示屏采用日本松下电机，工作性能更稳定，噪音更低、工作寿命更长、故障率更低。普通三面翻则使用保修期仅有一年的国产电机。

MOTOR
Motor is the power source of a trivision. Normally a trivision needs to work for over 10 hours a day. So, the motor used shall be reliable and of high quality. We use original PANASONIC motor because it is stable and reliable, with lower noise. Japanese motors also have longer service life and lower faults. On the contrary, ordinary trivisions use Chinese motors with a guaranty of one year.

SIEMENS CONTROLLER
The controller is a core component affecting the performance of a trivision. We use SIEMENS controller which is famous for its high quality and leading technology all over the world. It has more functions and works more reliably than single-chip microcomputers. As a result, our trivisions are easier to control and work more stably. (Our controllers can set the time of flipping, intervals between flipping, time for switching on and off, three sections of ON/OFF time, etc.)

台湾明纬开关电源

金达诺两面翻LED显示屏所使用的开关电源是台湾明纬生产的优质工业电源。
其特点是：高可靠性、体积小、重量轻、工作温度低、效率高、低波纹、寿命长、短路保护、过载保护。
 

TAIWAN MEANWELL SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM
We use MEANWELL switching power supply system which features high reliability, compact size, lightness, low working temperature, high efficiency, and long service life. This system also has the
functions of short-circuit protection and overload protection.

韩国Autonics 接近传感器

接近传感器：金达诺两面翻LED显示屏由于安装的地方不同，不同的区域电压和电流并不总是恒定的。这就要求接近传感器适应性强、有过流保护、浪涌保护、抗干扰能力强、高可靠性、寿命长等。如果两面翻LED显示屏是安装在户外，还要其具备防水功能。金达诺两面翻LED显示屏选用韩国 Autonics 公司的PR 系列圆柱形接近传感器，保证了两面翻面翻工作的稳定与高可靠性！

AUTONICS ACCESS SENSOR FROM KOREA
Because each trivision is installed in different location, which may supply different voltage and current, this requires the access sensor applicable to different locations, and having over-current protection, surge protection, anti-interference ability, high reliability, and long service life. Moreover, if it is installed outdoor, it should be water-proof also. With AUTONICS PR series sensors made in Korea, our trivisions can work reliably for many years.

工程塑料

金达诺两面翻、最高端三面翻采用美国杜邦尼龙加纤高强度工程塑料，耐磨性高，强度硬，且本身具备自润滑功能。常规三面翻采用旧料，虽有加纤，但硬度强度都不够，耐磨性差，且非常脆，易裂！

INDUSTRIAL PVC
All our KINGDA trivisions are made of ultra-strong DUPONT PVC which features high durability, load ability and self-lubrication. On the contrary, ordinary trivisions are made of used plastics. Despite of fiber inside also, the material is still not hard or strong enough, very easy to break.

滚动轴承

金达诺两面翻LED显示屏采用不锈钢轴承。
材料组成：该轴承是由轴承钢制造而成，经过电热处理或油热处理。加工工艺：轴承钢是磨加工的工艺。功能和效用：防水、防锈、防尘、防腐蚀综上所述，不锈钢的轴承可以大大提高两面翻的运转效率，增加润滑度，延长其使用寿命；

常规三面翻采用一般轴承。
材料组成：该种轴承采用碳钢制造而成，只能水处理；加工工艺：碳钢是用砂布抛光，极少磨加工，钢料易出现裂痕加工成本低；碳钢的缺点：
a)钢性成本低，b)强度不高，弹性性能低；c)不耐磨，抗腐蚀性能低；d)寿命短，钢性密度不好。
e)碳钢基本上是轴用材料，处理后表面硬度高，而里面却很低不适合制作轴承。

ROLLING BEARING
KINGDA trivisions use stainless steel bearings.Material: All bearings are made of bearing steel and treated by electric heating or oil heating. Processing: Bearing steel is processed by grinding
Advantages: Water-proof, anti-rust, dust-proof and anti-erosion From these aspects, we can say stainless steel bearings can greatly smooth rotation and extend the service life of a trivision.

Ordinary trivisions use low quality bearings.
Material: Their bearings are made of carbon steel and can only be treated with water.
Processing: Carbon steel is polished by sand cloth, seldom by grinding. Therefore, this cheaper material may cause crackles.
Defects of carbon steel: a) Inferior quality, b) Lower strength, and lower elasticity c) Lower abrasion resistant, lower anti-erosion; d) Shorter service life, lower density. e) Carbon steel is generally used for shafts. After treatment, the surface hardness is high but interior quite low. So, it is not suitable for bearing.

弹簧和螺丝

均采用不锈钢的材料制成，具备三防功能！常规三面翻则是普通材料制作，不具备以上功能。

SPRINGS & SCREWS
All stainless steel, and water proof and anti erosion or rust. Ordinary trivisions are made of general material, without these features.
